I ordered a couple of shirts online for in-store pickup, and while the email said everything was ready, it wasn’t exactly smooth when I got there. The staff took a while to find my order and seemed confused about where it was.
The shirts were fine and the price was good, so I’m not really upset about it. I just wish the pickup process had been a bit quicker and more organized.

I usually shop here when there’s an extra discount going on. The prices can be solid, but sometimes the promo codes don’t apply to the items I actually want, which is a little frustrating. The shipping offers seem to change often too, so you kind of have to pay attention. It’s still worth checking out if you wait for a sale... just make sure you look at the final price before you check out.

In the end, I did get the jacket in the right size, so it all worked out. I just wish the exchange process had been a little smoother. Overall, not a bad experience, just kind of drawn out.

The clothes are actually good quality and definitely cheaper than what I’d find at the mall. I just wish it didn’t take so much effort to sort through everything and find the good stuff.

Some of the designs are nice, but a lot of them feel basic. I kept waiting to see something more exciting, and it just never really got there

I was able to check out in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience lol. The page was kinda slow a couple times, and my promo code didn’t show up right away, so I had to refresh it. Payment went through fine though, and I got the confirmation email quickly. Not awful or anything, just feels like it could be a bit easier.

I was fully prepared for the usual return drama, but nope, the refund came through fast and there was basically zero hassle. Shocking, honestly. Almost like returns don’t have to be a nightmare.
